Our love of food was born out of early exposure. We at La Villa Salumi were brought up to love, enjoy, share and appreciate food and its providence – not to mention the work involved in producing it. Our parents and grandparents instilled in us an appreciation of the importance of tradition, although we’re always seeking ways to improve and willing to embrace the new.
