From time to time we’ll be drawing DOOR PRIZES at our market! Some lucky attendee or shopper may win cash or a hamper of goodies from our quality stallholders for example.
Participation is simple:
- Enter on-line at TryBooking. FREE to enter!
- Save your ticket (on your phone or print it) and bring with you on market day.
- Wait for the draw announcement, or check your ticket number at our marquee, it could be you!
The winner has until 12 Noon to claim the prize, otherwise the prize will rollover to the next Door Prize competition. See full terms and conditions below.
Terms & Conditions of the Beaumaris North Community Market Door Prize Draw.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- There is a limit of one entry to the Promotion per person during the Promotion Period.
- Presentation of your Ticket at the market is required to claim advertised prize.
- Ticket valid only for person holding the ticket.
- The entry ticket has no monetary value.
- No cash alternative to prizes (if advertised prize is physical goods) will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- Advertised prize (if not cash) may vary and be substituted, dependent on availability and/or level of participation with another of proportionate value without giving notice.
- Winner must claim prize at the market on the day of the competition by 12 noon. Unclaimed Prize will roll-over to the following month.
- We reserves the right to publish photographic images of participants for use in promotional material.
- If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must get approval from their parent/guardian before they enter, and if they are under 18 years of age on the date the Prize is drawn, it will be awarded to their parent/guardian. By approving the entrant’s participation or accepting any Prize on the entrant’s behalf, the entrant’s parent/guardian accepts these conditions.
- Volunteers of BNCM and RCOB including their family members, Stallholders, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition will not be eligible to win and their entries will be null and void.
- We reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification
The winning ticket will be drawn by 10am on the advertised day at the market. The winning ticket number will be posted at the market Entrance marquee. If contestants are not present at the draw, they may check their ticket here.
Privacy
The Rotary Club of Beaumaris is committed to protecting your privacy. This competition does not require you to provide your phone number or mailing address. (A valid email address is required to receive your ticket.)
Entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless required or authorised by law, your personal information will not be disclosed without your consent to any other external party.
